Public beta · invite waves

The jumper's
assistant.

It records exit, freefall, and landing on its own — then keeps your logbook, your gear, and your license progress in one place. A reference tool for jumpers, not a safety device.

We invite in waves. We'll write when there's a spot — no countdowns, no spam.

exit & deploy detection, measured against 4,200 hand-labeled real jumps
200ms
to detect exit, freefall, and landing on a normal belly jump
What it does

Three things, done honestly.

No feed, no streaks, no badges to chase. It does the record-keeping a serious jumper actually has to do — and gets out of the way.

It records the jump.
You write the story.

A paired sensor catches exit, freefall, deploy, and landing within 200 ms. Every auto-filled field wears an auto badge — tap to override and it's yours.

How detection works

License progress that exports clean.

Track A–D categories against USPA, BPA, or FAI requirements. Hand an instructor a digitally-signed snapshot that holds up in a regulatory audit.

Multi-authority progress

Your gear's whole life, on a ledger.

Repack countdowns, AAD service dates, and jumps-on-canopy — tracked per rig. Riggers you've linked update the ledger; you both see the same record.

Gear lifecycle
Auto-recording

It knows you exited before you've checked your altimeter.

The classifier reads barometric and inertial data and labels each phase as it happens — exit, freefall, deployment, canopy, landing. Specific, not magic: it's measured against a hand-labeled library of real jumps, and it tells you when it isn't sure.

Straight with you

A logbook and a reference tool. Not a safety device.

SkydiveZero won't save your life and we won't pretend it can. It keeps records, surfaces what your gear needs, and stays out of your decisions in the air. No ads. No data sale. Full export and account deletion, any time.

About

Built by jumpers, for jumpers.

SkydiveZero is a small independent team of skydivers who got tired of paper logbooks and spreadsheets. No VC funding, no growth hacking — just a tool we wanted to exist.

We're building in public and inviting the community in early. Your feedback during beta shapes what ships. The codebase runs on Cloudflare, the app ships on iOS and Android, and everything you log is yours to export or delete.
